Your purchase empowers youth artisans while promoting Maker-Spaces where they can continue to hone their skills and talent, while developing skills of entrepreneurship, and enterprise. Your support provides them with the chance to take charge of their own lives and build something for themselves. We love that each handmade bag, jewellery and clothing is created by independent small-scale artisan individuals, groups, and workshops, and are crafted with love using local materials and time-honored skills. Your items will typically be shipped within two business days after we receive your order.

Posting Methods
Orders are typically shipped using Canada Post Regular Parcel or Xpresspost. In both methods, packages are delivered by your local Canada Post Office carrier during their operating times. Partnered with Bavubuka through the Fabric of Life - Youth Entrepreneurship Initiative the next generation of textile designers are nurtured into savvy social entrepreneurs, who are able to create their own sustainable businesses, whilst also raising the aspiration and skills of their peers and community members to be able to do the same. Fabric of Life will be provides young aspiring fashion designers with the skills, experience, knowledge and platforms, necessary to nurture their talents into successful textile businesses in a Ugandan fashion industry that is currently under-resourced and undervalued.
