Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a credit to your card used for the original transaction, for the cost of the item including taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Your items will typically be shipped within two business days after we receive your order.
Orders can be shipped to only one address.
To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.
We only ship to the Canada and the United States.

When Holiday falls on Sunday, they will be observed on the following Monday. When any of these holidays falls on a Saturday, it will be observed on the previous Friday. In a year when Christmas Day is on Tuesday or Thursday, the office will also be closed Monday or Friday, respectively.
Posting Methods
Orders are typically shipped using Canada Post Regular Parcel or Xpresspost. In both methods, packages are delivered by your local Canada Post Office carrier during their operating times. Order typically arrive in several days, but can take up to two weeks. Please note Economy orders are not insured.

Fabric of Life will be provides young aspiring fashion designers with the skills, experience, knowledge and platforms, necessary to nurture their talents into successful textile businesses in a Ugandan fashion industry that is currently under-resourced and undervalued.
